  • Got the wrong product? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Item not as described? We’ll fix it.
  • Defective product? No worries, we’ll make it right.

Just shoot us an email at support@kratom24.com with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and anything else relevant. We’ll handle the rest.

What Happens Next?

For incorrect or defective items, we may ask you to return the product. Throughout the process, we'll guide you. If you return the product, we'll replace it or refund you.

Note: Misuse, accidental damage, or tampering isn’t covered under our policy.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging.

Here’s how to make a return:

  1. Email us at support@kratom24.com with a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos.
  2. After approval, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Make sure the item is packaged securely and shipped using a trackable method.

Shipping Costs

  • We'll cover shipping if it's our fault (e.g., a defective product).
  • If it isn't, you are responsible for returning it.

After receiving your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Look out for your confirmation email!

Returns and Refunds

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Products that are used beyond 95% of their content.
  • Sale or promotional items.
  • Intimate or hazardous goods.

If your refund hasn’t arrived after five business days, double-check with your bank or card provider. Still nothing? Email us—we’ll sort it out.

Cancelling Your Order

Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@kratom24.com. Cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
